Just BREATHE offers Vinyasa Flow/ Power Flow With heat. Our warm classes are just above room temperature these classes are Hatha Yoga, Gentle/Beginner Flow, Restorative Yin, Yoga Nidra (meditation)  and Yoga for Kids. We offer private bookings, Bachelorette parties, Birthdays, Charity events,

VINYASA FLOW/POWER FLOW

This Practice is a faster pace of movement, building endurance with cardio and building body strength. There is a flow of movement that can be amplified or modified depending on your strengths and comfort.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. Through specific postures that are held for 3- 5 minutes this slower meditative class allows you to turn inward and tune into your mind and the physical sensations of the body.

GENTLE FLOW

This class offers gentle yoga sequences to help you gain overall body strength and increase flexibility as well as improving body balance. Regular yoga can decrease pain and joint stiffness and improve mobility and balance. This class is suitable for all ages, beginners and those looking to slow the movement to go deeper into alignment.

MEDITATION FOR THE MODERN WORLD

This is where we fully experience a sense of deep relaxation our minds and bodies truly need – that deep rest to recover and restore, to peel away layers of daily stress and drop into rest….our body’s sanctuary of healing.

HATHA YOGA
